Fees vary according to what you can afford. Counselling sessions are usually arranged at a regular time and day each week to give a sense of continuity to our work together.

I usually allow 2 separate sessions for this. This allows time to talk about the issues which may be troubling you, what you hope to get out of therapy, and to give careful consideration to whether therapy will be of benefit to you at this time.
I offer some reduced cost places for those on a low income. However, you may need to wait for a space to become available.
